Great location near top attractions! The staff were accommodating and friendly, giving helpful recommendations. The room was pleasantly large and well cleaned.
Nothing, all great.

We stayed in a triple room (we traveled with the children) and size is something to note. King size bed and single bed. Living area with a three body sofa, individual armchair and TV. Kitchen/office area (eye, without burners but with electric kettle). Wooden floors and a small internal terrace with table and chairs. Really, room is very spacious and comfortable.
At the time of check-in I found the staff dispersed. They didn't even accompany us to the room or help us with the luggage. The hotel does not offer breakfast, it has no restaurant or cafeteria, and they use the restaurant next door (Aldo's) as a room service. So, one is tied to the opening hours of the restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and, as expected, there was nothing open for breakfast on Sunday. A disappointment.

The location is perfect, close to San Telmo, Avenida Florida and La Plaza de Mayo. The room we were given was very spacious and offered all the luxury you can expect for the price that you pay. Staff speaks English and is very helpful when needed.
Although quite logical due to a lack of breakfast culture, it is virtually impossible to walk out of this hotel with a full stomach in the morning. There is some yoghurt, pretty decent coffee, you get a croissant and two pieces of toast. Probably considered enough for the locals, but not if you are used to eating more early in the day...

Stunning Art Deco style, caged elevator, spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfy beds, delightful breakfast staff, perfect location in charming San Telmo, walking distance to Centro and La Boca.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The Moreno is located in the heart of San Telmo, Buenos Aires historic barrio. Our room was large and comfortable with a king size bed and a contemporary design feel. The staff were very professional. The breakfast service was good with a selection of items including savory choices. An ideal location for a short stay city visit. A quiet location with plenty to see and do on the doorstep including the nearby busy Sunday market on Calle Defensa.

First the decor is wonderful. Like something out of a Hercule Poirot episode - pure Art Deco with 1930's style lifts. The staff are superb - sorted out things with other companies - why can't all hotel staff be like this? The room - well, it was biger than a flat I used to have - huge & fantastic. We truly loved it.
The only downside was they were re-decorating the restaurant, but it was Autumn & it has to be done sometime. It gave us the chance to visit the excellent restaurants nearby.

The room was fantastic! We ended up with an incredibly spacious loft with a modern and tasteful design throughout. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the location is perfect. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it is an absolute gem inside and an incredible value.
The continental breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. If the eggs were any more runny they'd be soup. But it's free and the toast, cheese, and ham can at least get your day started.

I am Zach's mother, and I am the one who made the reservations. I am completing this survey based on his comments. I want to thank all of you for making my son's initial entry into Buenos Aires so pleasant. He said that the staff was extremely helpful, and he said the rooms were huge and luxurious! Thank you for your graciousness with this young American!!

the breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch, and the clean and comfy room made for a great stay during my Christmas vacation. On the downside, the WiFi connection was quite weak and often unusable, which was a bit frustrating as I needed to do some work during my stay. overall I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

We liked the Art Deco design of the hotel and the wonderful large, airy rooms. We like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Pablo. The rooftop terrace was a very nice place to relax with a book after a day of sightseeing in Buenos Aires. Convenient to lots of good restaurants in the San Telmo area.
No complaints about the hotel itself. While the location is very central in the city, the amount of spilled garbage on the pavements, especially at night in San Telmo, is very unpleasant.
